Strategic planning that reaches the floor
Planning rarely fails for lack of analysis. It fails when nobody turned the plan into decisions someone actually makes on Monday.
Almost every plant I walk into has a plan. What almost none of them has is the chain that runs from plan to operating decision, and from there to follow up. The document exists. The discipline does not.
What it is forTurn strategy into a living decision system that drives priorities, resource allocation and improvement cycles.
How I run it- I start from your real operation, not from a generic template.
- Strategy, execution and culture get designed together.
- From there I trigger the transformation work: lean, digital and cultural.
Strategic clarity that survives the quarter, and the ground you need before you can demand execution.
How long until we have a finished plan?
An 8 hour strategy workshop leaves you with the map and the prioritized initiatives that same day. Rollout is what takes weeks, which is why the 4, 8 or 12 week coaching cycle exists.
Does this work for a small company or only for large plants?
Both. In a smaller company the map is shorter and the initiatives are fewer, but the priority and follow up mechanism is identical.
What if we already have a strategic plan?
Even better. We start from that document and work where it is breaking, which is almost always the jump from initiative to indicator and from indicator to owner.
What is holding your operation back today?
Tell me the concrete problem. I will tell you whether it is mine to solve or someone else’s, and what I would do first.
